Found this sight selling outboard motors to cheap. anyone heard of it?? OverstockBestDeals I think it is a scam how can someone know for sure if it is or not??

I didn't see anyway to contact by phone.
Why would a company sell a "$2000" motor for $995.
I notice the items are all $400 dollars or more.
It would seem they could get real deals on smaller,less expensive items.
You might see if they do paypal?
