Just put a new merc 50 hp four stroke on my pontoon. I had to get an adapter to connect the 14 pin motor harness to my 9 pin boat harness. My question is I need to hook up my helm mounted trim switch. The adapter has four wires stubbed out behind the plug and I know that the green/white and blue/ white run the trim but unsure if I need to just run wires from my switch to there or what. Thanks
