If you are adding a pic by url be sure to deselect "Retrieve remote file and reference locally".

I do pics through Photobucket. It's a lot easier.

Time to check those fuel lines and pull off that fuel pump cover and take a look at the diaphram. It it's cracked or flaky, relace it. Same for the hoses because it won't do any good to clean carbs if that's not done.

Follow that fuel line from the carbs back towards your motor's block. It should go into the fuel pump. A flathead screwdriver to take off and it's under there.

Boats . net find your motor then the year.
The parts diagrams will help take it apart.

I see the starter is still engaged.
A VERY SMALL touch of grease on the worm screw under the bendix.Did I say VERY SMALL??
Too much and you'll be buying a new bendix.
The 1988/85 shows a better diagram of the fuel pump.

Replace all the hoses.Squeezie too.
Rebuild the fuel pump.
Clean the carbs.

When you remove the air screws remember where they were set and post that.
Check tank for water and make sure the tank vent line is clear.

You have a disconnected hose laying in the lower cowl. Trace it back - where is the other end connected?

If it's coming as a "Fuel Pump Rebuild Kit" it should. I'd say to ask the place you're ordering it from to be sure.

Stub, the hose is the return line from the bottom of the carb cover.

The leak you see is probably unburned gas/oil from tilting the motor.
Check the pump and carbs while it's running.
They shouldn't have any drips while running.
Get a better camera, the pics are way small!!
