new prop ( 9.25 x 12 to 9 9/10 x 10) improves hole shot but chirps at different rpms

Hi, I recently replace my old 9.25 x 12 with a 9 9/910 x 10 prop. I was extremely happy with the hole shot performance and i actually gained a mph at the top end.

The only problem is the my prop chirps a little at different rpms. At idle and slightly more, there is nothing, as i accelerate it starts. A little more gas it goes away and then comes back at full throttle. The boat / motor does not vibrate.

Can you anyone advise on what they think might be the problem?

Perhaps it is rubbing somewhere remove it and inspect the suspect areas.
