So I have been searching around for a different prop to augment my 16p Stainless.

Finally settled on an Turning point 13 1/4 x 19p aluminium one. Based on reviews and recomendations from folks here and elsewhere. (could not afford a new SS)

Ordered from Iboats and it came in yesterday. And I just had to go to the river to try it out last night.

I am very impressed with this prop so far. With just me and the GF in the boat full tank of gas (24gal) we picked up 3mph on the gps. Holeshot was a bit diminished but it should be by going up 3 inches. NOt bad though. Sharp turning was much better with less ventilation. And the biggest part of all was the RPMs. With the old SS we would exceed the 6000 barrier. New one running flat out 5700. Perfect!!

Very impressed!!!!!

These props do what they say they will do. And with the sale that Iboats has got going right now $92 shipped to my door. Awesome.

Thanks especially to Steelspike for the info over the last few prop posts by me.

Thanks guys!:D

Re: New prop review

I've said it many times and still believe it.

The Hustler/Legacy is the best aluminum propeller on the market.
