New Pulleys on Drum Type Steering??

Hello all. I have a question about the drum type steering system. I need to replace the pulleys, mine are starting to disinigrate. I have a 1968 Mirror Craft 14' Ski and Troll. I have read the posts as to How To Replace the Cables. But there is nothing about the pulleys. My question is where do I get new Pulleys?
