new to this boat

Ok guys, I need some assistance here. I just got back from picking up my 1990 250 sundancer from the marina. Took her for a test drive and she runs excellent. I need some help in figuring out some of the different systems on her. Im assuming when they winterized her, there are certain procedures I need to follow up on in order to restore them. First off, what is the procedure to get the water heater back in operation? How do I use/fill the alcohol stove? How do I get the outlets working, is there some special trick to these? There is a water faucet on the deck, how do I work that?
I am new to sport cruisers, my last boat was a 87 DC 190, (19 foot boat).
Also, where can I get a manual for the motor?

Hi Chris, I purchased the boat through a broker so I really didn't even have any contact with the owner, which I know is crap. I did however find while cleaning her out some of his business cards he left behind so Ill be giving him a call if I cant figure them out, along with the $65 in cash, lol. That'll go towards fuel
