New Trim Rams

I think I need new trim rams because it will only fully go down when it has a load applied. But, it goes up all the way fine. It's either the trim rams or something in the down hydraulic lines.

Most likely the seals in the end cap have corroded and swollen up, 'grabbing' the rod. DOWN pressure is only about 1700psi, UP pressure is 3000... That's why it works better with UP than DOWN....

Get a new end cap that should fix the problem.. What size are the end caps? There are 2 sizes, 2.081" and 1.89" (OD)

I'll measure it tomorrow. Is it measured diametrically on the outside on the rod end?
