Denver should be blowing out the Raiders. They keep stalling out in the red zone and kicking field goals.....

I see that! Just turned on the tube. This happened last week against you-know-who and look at the final outcome. I'll feel much better if they're up by 14 with 2 minutes to go. Then it's still not a lock.....

The Bears need to figure out an offense, the D is hurting without Urlacher.

Yeah, I just wonder if the Bears plan to ever get an offensive line.

Minnesota should be glad to have Peterson, he pretty much single-handedly kicked the Bears butts.

The Stillers weren't on locally, big surprise. However, I would have missed the 2nd quarter on due to my son's school Christmas program. Reading the recap and box score, sounds like I didn't miss much?! Uuugghhhh! (And the Browns won, again!) At least the Ravens lost.

And as I tried to explain to Bruce, the Browns aren't that bad. So his guaranteed win for the Washington Redskins is NOT such a strong lock. The Browns have won 3 in a row! When was the last time that happened? See, all they needed was an owner who knows the Steelers way is the right way! hahaha

Re: NFL - Week 14

Been watching Chicago for years. Just seems the Bears organization has no understanding of "offense". Martz was a good try, but his approach required many more talented players on offense than the Bears have had in a couple of decades. They've hired some decent offensive players (Cutler, Marshall, et al) but have never envisioned an effective long-term offensive scheme. In the present-day NFL, the running game is less than half of an effective offense.

Devin Hester as a wide?? Come on now. That experiment would have ended years ago if the team really understood what "wide receiver" is all about. Under any good offensive coach, Hester would have remained on special teams and they would have been drafting wideouts.

Chicago needs to take a look at the teams that are successful year after year and compare those offenses with their own. Brady, Brees, Rodgers, both Mannings, et al, they all work in systems that respect offense as an equal partner with defense in a winning system. The last team to win a Super Bowl on defense alone was the 2000 Ravens.

In today's game, a good offense is the best defense.

Did you happen to see who the Browns played?

I didn't see the halftime show, but I expected him to say if we outlawed cars and alcohol in America, the Dallas player would still be here.

NY Giants turned the tide of repeated losses to NO Saints by putting 52 pts on the board. Dallas and Washington pulled out last minute wins too keeping it a one game lead in the NFC East. Rookie RB David Wilson had 327 all purpose yards. At Atlanta next week will surely be interesting.

Your argument is without merit, again.

They played an NFL team, just coming off a win.

Stats are great for fantasy football, (your area of expertise) but don't mean much when the games are played. You think the Redskins without RGIII can be the "red hot" Browns? Then go bet your money.

Haven't been following the Texans (other than their stats).
Tonight's the night we play em though. Short Gronk, and probably Edelman.
See what we can do....
