Didn't see any games, the lake was calling my name instead!

I see the Vikes beat Arizona. AP had a great game, 153yds. Good thing. Ponder stunk up the place, 8 - 17 58yds and 2 picks. Looks like they took the ball out of his hands and kept it in AP's. A win's a win............. Almost forgot, I hear the D had 7 sacks!

Steelers looked much better and used a good 'ol fashioned Steelers running game to close it out!

Steeler O looked much better. Dee still got major issues. They're a sitting duck on no huddle, and given up the run way to easy. I think we have given up more rushing TD's this year then the last 10. Finally able to win one on the road was a relief for sure. By the way the ratbirds are 0-1 without ray ray

Aaron Rodgers and Co seem to have found thier former selves again. Looking forward to watching that juggernaut offence again! Also, was pretty impressed with the Jets keeping up with the Pats for 4 quarters.

Did anyone else see the end of the Saints/Buccaneers game? I hate that that is a penalty. All a defense has to do to win is push the receiver out then he can't touch it again.

Giants did the business in a very exciting and entertaining game :)
What say you Angus ????
Going to watch the Lions game tonight unless it becomes one sided and boring then I will be off to bed early.

Well, nighty-nite ol' bud, because Da Bears are going to make it one-sided in short order. Can't say it will be boring for me.

Well the Bears def played one sided: defense only. With how much the Lions tried to let Chicago to win that game, I'm amazed it wasn't 42-7. I guess defense wins championships?

Da Bears and the Steelers both win. Penn State wins. Local HS football team won their first game of the season. If only the NHL would have settled their dispute with the players it would have been a great weekend!

The Bears were actually looking decent on offense until Cutler got his lunch handed to him. The offensive line still needs to get their act together, many more six sack games and Cutler's gonna be out.

I was offshore since Saturday and was not able to use iboat forums from my phone or tablet for the last few days.
Giants were a bit scary but there is always a light down the tunnel when Eli is at the helm with a few seconds remaining.
5-2 works for now. Couple more divisional wins would be nice!

I must admit, I was skeptical about his return after the knee surgery. I'm glad he has come back and been as effective as he has. He seems like a good guy and we're fortunate to have him on the team. Next up, tampa, tonight!

Re: NFL - Week 7

Tonites game has me concerned. TB losses were close. Vikings wins were close. Ponder has 7 turnovers in the last 3 games. They blew a big lead and lost to TB last year. However, the Vikes have the Dome advantage. Could be a tight game.......
