Tonight I let my dog out to do its business. I noticed in the distance I saw a couple of orange glowing eyes. I know it wasn't any that I have seen before. I did a google, but really couldn't find much on eye shine. One search, a man said he saw a coyote that had orange eyes. I know they are around, but haven't seen them at night around my property. It didnt' take off, but actually came towards the house. By then my dog was done and we went back into the house. I watched out the window, but the animal never came up over the hill to be seen. I've seen possom, coon, deer, skunk, and other animals, but none with orange eyes. BTW,,,,,it was way to short to be the MOTHMAN! :D.........SS

It's the Chuppacabra that has been scaring all the goats to death.

Eyes do not shine or glow at night or any other time. They merely reflect.

Human eyes typically reflect red.

Yes thats very true, I believe it has something to do with the way that the rods and cones are layed out in they're eye's.
Most creatures that hunt at night have better night vision than humans.
next time your out at night, and you see something off set the angle you are looking at it, the cones that are on the outside of your eye's will pick it up better than the rods in the center of your eyes.
mother natures star light scope for humans. :)
