Have a 90A that had been neglected for a long time. I rebuilt all three carbs and replaced the impeller. Cranks real easy and after I throttle up it runs great. But at idle it seems like it is hitting on two cylinders(might be). Is there an adjustment other than replacing the plugs(which I have done)?

I'm having pretty much the same problem, but I haven't rebuilt my carbs yet.

Mine idled rough and then ran on 2 cylinders with only 4000rpm at full throttle. Next time I cranked it would only run with choke in half of the time. Broke it down and carbs were awful. Full of jellied junk. Rebuilt them yesterday. Ran it on the boot and there was a great differnce. I'm now changing the water pump. Can't wait to get it in the water and see how she does. Good Luck

Whip out your Factory service maual, verify the carb "rebuilds" and the link-and-sync of the carbs, and the ignition and compression. Do a decarb if necessary. If this is within your skills, very good. If not, get thee to a dealer.
