Im at a loss for answers but i have this truck at work i cant fix. None of the gauges work but all of the dash lights work including the warning lights. It started out buy blowing the fuse intermittent. Now it it wont pop the fuse but still no gauges. Im thinking that the gauge wire has rubed right through now but the plug has all of its corect power points and grounds.

Has anyone had this problem or has a wiring diagram for an 02 f350 ford 4x4.

Im stumped and any help would be apecaited.

Well I can tell you this, I had one apart not too long ago installing an alarm system, looking behind the speedomeder head looked like a series of electronics boards, i'm not sure of the year as it was my friends truck. Just like anything else nowadays replacing a board seems to be the norm, the question would be which one to relace.

I pulled my ABS warning light fuse to get an inspection sticker,
all the guages went out.
And yet I believe the guages have their own fuse too.

Have you pulled the codes?

Yes i did pull codes. Nothing there. I ordered a new gauge cluster today as i was talking to a ford teck and he figured that was all what was left after all the checks i did. Doing this kinda work in the middle of no where just is not fun. The good thing about it, i was left alone because i was all by myself.

Have you tried applying 12v to the guages, seeing as you have them out....
Could be a bad land behind the cluster.

I do have my 12v power to the back of the gauge cluster and its ground also. I wish i had a wiring diagram for it as it would make it easier. Because its an electronic dash I just don't want to start applying voltage to the pin connectors and possibly cause more damage.

Thanks for the input

You said all the warning lights work.....the one I'm interested in knowing if it diffinently works is the altenator light......the reason is Ford put it in series so if the bulb is burn't no charging and no guages .....make sure the alto light is working
