no fire to ignition coils

I have a 1988 125 force out board engine is there a big difference between that, and a 120 chrysler outboard engine or are the parts interchangeable.

Ign parts are not interchangeable.

The Chrysler 120 used Battery Driven Ignition.
The Force 125 used a form of ADI...Alternator Driven Ignition.
