No ignition power engine won't crank

2011 Tahoe q4 4.3l mercruiser starting issue. Let me first say my first mistake was putting a auto starter on instead of a marine starter. After replacing with correct starter I have no power at ignition switch on any of the 3 wires. The main power switch has pwr on both sides when turned on. The breaker on top of motor has been check(manual tripped and reset to verify). The kill switch is in the correct position. All fuses under steering bay all good. I have run out of ideas to fix. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You wired the starter incorrectly or forgot to connect a wire.
