No key for prop lock

Does anyone know what kind of prop lock this is? I bought a used Bennington with a Yamaha 150 and none of the mechanics at SML know what kind it is. There's a set screw in the body that has three small holes in an "L" pattern I have searched the boat twice and cannot find the key. Thanks

Don't know who made it, but this should work. Take a drill bit and find the hole size, then put a piece of clear plastic over the end and mark the three holes. Drill the holes and verify they match. Transfer the holes into steel or aluminum bar stock and remove. Basically make a spanner
