I've noticed that the last few times I've taken the boat out my No oil alarm sounds for about ten seconds the first time I get on the thottle. I kill the motor , restart and everything is fine.

Do I just continuue the pattern or does something need to be looked into (like an alarm or something)_ Thanks? 1991 J150

is it a vro? your tank might be shifting when you goose the throttle making the oil shift and setting off the alarm. just a thought

vro pump could be getting weak when most oil is needed (hole shot) might not be getting enough
