NO oil in tilt and trim help

Hello everyone I am new to the boating game can someone tell me how to get the motor up on a 50 hp Johnson the tilt and trim has no oil in it also after I get it up how do I add oil to it . It would be great if someone had a diagram or a place I could see a manual on line my boat is a 1989 bass tracker

You gotta crouch down on your knees to see it, theres a hole in the side bracket, inside you'll see a screwhead, loosen that 2 turns.
Its called the manual release valve.
You might need an impact screwdriver to loosen it.
It has to be tight when you're finished, 45 inch lbs torque. Thats tight!.
Don't try to remove the valve, it has a C clip retainer.
