Thanks for the feedback. I have already disassembled, inspected, and blown-out the carbs, including the float bowls/jets. I also checked every port to ensure they were clear using compressed air. The carbs were remarkably clean to start with. I think this is because the boat has always been in a garage.
Thanks,
Dazed and confused

Its dropping one bank, I will bet you a dollar. To test, connect a DVA meter to one coil input side at a time, there will be about 180 volts while the motor is running. As the high speed windings of the stator start to operate, approx 1700 rpm, you will find that one bank suddenly loses power to the coils, and thus no spark on those 3 cylinders. That is because, as well as a low and high speed circuit in the statoe, the banks are also isolated
Regards, Paul

Hello,
When you had the carbs open, did you notice if the floats were moving up/down freely?Did you remove the floats and pins when cleaning.I usually remove the seats also. Are you equipped with a fuel filter?Filter clogged? Thoroughly inspect all aspects of fuel delivery. After that I may suspect a bad stator or switchbox(your motor has 2 pancaked together).A good dis-assembly/teardown of those carbs may be in order.I have a manual on your motor,so if you have any questions feel free to ask.E-mail:homefixr@optonline :)
