Maybe I'm getting somewhere now. This morning I pulled out the spark plugs on this 175hp V6. The right 3 spark plugs looked normal (dry), but the left 3 spark plugs were noticeably wetter(oily). It looks like the left side may not be firing. Is there an electical device that controls the left side or is there some other problem? Please see my other 2 posts for details if needed.
Thanks for your help,
Dazed and Confused

Hi Dazed,
With your new info I would summize one of two things may be occuring.
1.There are two switchboxes(powerpacks) on your motor. An inner and outer. Each switchbox is responsible for spark on that particular bank. Each switchbox controls spark/ignition to 3 plugs. One switchbox may be defective. If you replace these, you should replace both.A defective switchbox can "contaminate" the other.ie.short circuit.
2.The dryer plugs may not be receiving fuel for combustion.Slighty wet,or oily plugs are not uncommon in 2 cycles.Good luck. :)
