No power at circuit breaker

Hi I have a meecruiser 4.3l thunderbolt iv. I am not getting any power at the circuit breaker (at the starter solenoid) that sends the power to the ignition and fuse board. From What I can see the power comes from the battery to the starter motor then up to the circuit breaker but can't follow the wire to see what happening. Is there a fuse or breaker between the starter and the circuit breaker. Any help would be appreciated

Do you have a square plastic block connected there also. It is a 90A fuse link Has a Orange wire (alt) and REd (main system power) If bad, kills everything

It will be Friday before I am back at the boat. I will see what's down at the starter.
