No power to dash

Hello folks, I have a 1988 Phantom 180 which we inherited from my wife's parents. It only had 33 hrs on her. I have had to trouble shoot a few things and would like some info on the dash. I have no power to the dash. The three fuses in the fuse block appear sound. Is there a main fuse to the dash? If so where. I tried the search function on the thread but couldn't find an answer.
