50 horse evinrude 1995(may be 94) model number is E5OTLEOD. starts and runs fine bit when you push throtle down it boggs down doesnt die. thinking would be a good start to rebuild carbs. is it safe to say that these carbs have a float if there is a pan on the bottom of the carbs? thanks and have a great summer. ps changed filter twice and didnt help prob
