No power

I have a DF90 SERIAL NUMBER 09001F-680573 i can not get my boat on a plain the motor runs very rough and will not get past 2500 2800 rpm i had alot of water in my tank and i drained it and refilled and thought that would solve my problem but it is still there any help is greatly apreciated

Sounds like you need to clean you whole fuel system. lines,filters,pumps, carbs or injectors
