I finally got my new alpha 1 upper assembly! Happy day!! I followed the iboats install procedure. I think I did it right but I don't think I have reverse. For some reason it just ratchets when I put the control in reverse. Foreward locks or engages the driveshaft, neutral spins freely but reverse just ratchets in either direction. I took the darn thing apart 2 times and reset that brass unit. Could I have messed up when I put the 2 halves together? Help!!
