have a small problem can not find reason for no spark , power is good everywhere but none coming out of point system any ideas

Please explain more details about "power is good everywhere but none coming out of point system any ideas". List some details of what you have dons, share some pics and history if possible. Otherwise, IMO it is hard to know what you are dealing with (Year & Brand) and where you are in your troubleshooting. jow

Looks like a 1970 model .with a magneto ...check primary resistance ..contacts open ...0.3 ohm ..digital meter may read higher due to resistance of the leads on the meter .. Secondary from plug cap to earth a few thousand ohms ...if its infinity usually shown by a 1 in he display most probably the plug cap corroded.....Contacts 20 thou on the top of the cam profile ..a photos will help as there are different models ..dynastart ..rope ..electric and different engine designs
