No spark on 1968 100hp Evinrude

I was working on the motor and hit a wrench from the (-) to the (+) terminal on the battery and now NO SPARK! I have replaced stator, voltage regulator. I have some spark out of the pulse tramsformer but not to the plugs. Any ideas
