no spark on my Force 150, how to find the problem ?

The engine is a Force 150 from 1990 and its rebuilt.<br />Is there any methods to find if for examle the switch box is broke ?<br />I just get the boat from USA and first it start without problem, but gasoline go out of the carburators so i stop the engine and clean them and after that i have no sparks on any of the 5 sparkplugs<br />Its expensive to buy a new switchbox if i am not sure that is not the problem.<br />Is anyone know a good webshop where i can fin new switchbox if i need to change it ?<br /><br />Thanx in advance<br />Matsnorway

Hi matsnorway, welcome to iboats!!<br /><br />Is it possible that you accidently knocked a wire loose, or maybe didn't reconnect something after you cleaned the carburettors?<br /><br />Do you have a manual?<br /><br />Aldo

Check the lanyard kill switch to be sure it is in the correct position.
