Hello everyone,

Last year when i first got the engine I got it running and it was cooling fine. This summer I started it up and I am not getting any water discharge. I checked to impeller and it was fine. I even cleaned out some build-up around the water intake. Then I blew air up through the copper tube and air was coming out of the bleed on the head. Its not as powerful coming out as going in but it is coming out. the clear tube that carries water to the head only has some water droplets and steam mostly. I am at a loss, should i use a pressure washer up the copper supply pipe to remove any debris? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you in advance.

Phil

p.s. is there a electric pump anywhere that may not be working.

What did you find? My 35hp Chrysler is doing the same. I pulled the lower unit and checked the impeller and everything but I have no water shooting out. Is the water supposed to shoot out the large .75" hole jut under the engine?

Holy smokes, you only gave it a day for someone to respond. This isn't exactly a live one-on-one consultation here.
