The wife is out there watching American Idol. So I mosey in and watch with her. I dont care what anyone says some of those singers have to be paid by the producers to sing that bad. Plants if you will.<br /><br /> Nobody that sings that bad can really think they are good ,,, nobody !!! <br /><br />No matter, it is still funny as all get out to watch.

I've seen the promos and thought the same thing.<br /><br />I keep meaning to ask you, have you seen the great shows American Chopper and Southern Chopper on the Discover channel? Too cool... The Milwaukee Iron guys are on again tonight. I can't wait...

Those guys blow me away... Last night on Monster Garage they turned a brand new Pickle Fork Jet boat into a hot rod (I was getting ill) It was an incredible boat...

Seen those chopper guys a few times. OK show but a lot fake stuff going on there too if you ask me. Lots O money too.<br /><br />Now only if they had a show of some guys putting together some antique bikes.<br /><br />I never did get the whole concept of guys turning cars into tanks and UPS vans becoming swamp buggys. Not my thing.<br /><br />If you was to take a bushel basket of 75 year old parts and build a nice running bike. Now your talking. Would be worth somthing when you were done. Not end up on a scrap heap like Jesse James monster junk yard, oops I mean garage. <br /><br />Yeah Snapper you got me

I hear ya... still fun to watch. They remind me of doing my boat...<br /><br />You should see if they'll give you a show... I bet they would. DIY does a classic car restoration show.

LOL Ralph. It would have to be a 5 year long mini series. I work on em real slow. Sometimes takes months just to find a part that is correct.<br />Would be cool though.

That's the beauty of doing a show. They come up with the $ and staff to help you do it in a few months. Do you happen to get DIY? There classic car restoration show and their weekend mechanic show are great.

Gotta admit, it was refreshing to see Jesse James get choked up last night about that kid. Seems he has a heart afterall. What a sad thing. For those who didnt see it, they were gonna have a terminally ill kid ride on one of their projects. Unfortunetly he didnt make it through the filming. Real Sad.

Thru the entire show, Jessie insisting on the second seat bugged me.... I though maybe he was going to take that, uhhh, "thing" for a ride... What was it's name? (if you saw the show, you know what "thing" i'm talkin' bout)<br /><br />That end hit me pretty bad.. Poor Kid... That just ain't fair....

That Jessie guy anoys me.<br /><br />I didn't see the one you guys are talking about, but what I have saw of him has been all acting to try to look cool on camra, and it dosen't work, he just makes an a$$ out of himself.<br /><br />I love the show the all the BS that they make a big deal over gets old.

I'm still saving my money up to have them(american choppers) build me one.<br />It will have a spinnerbait theme.<br />3/4 ounce chartruse(sp) and white with gold and silver willowleafs.<br /><br />As far as jesse goes, he is moving on into NHRA also.<br />Number 1 sponsor on one of the Connie Kalitta's top fuel dragsters.

I miss those outdoor shows that they used to show all the time on Discovery. Got nothin against American Chopper, or Monster Garage, but it seems everytime I turn to Discovery, one of these is on. Both of these shows strike me as just more of that "reality" T.V. that I don't care much for.
