North River Boat

I'm not interested in buying this boat, but would like your opinion related to it's value.

2004 North River aluminum river boat 150 hp. Yamaha, 8 hp. Yamaha kicker
2 axle Easyload trailer with brakes, hydrolic steering, fishfinder,GPS, full canvas,power anchor, some fishing poles and a large tackle box full of stuff.
$ 19,400 is whats owed on the boat. Just take over payments. Is this a good price or not.

North River makes several different models of boat in many different sizes, so I'm sure its a good buy for at least one of them.
