Not peeing

My 1996 25 hp evinrude will not pee!!!

Replace impeller
Replace thermostat

Was able to flush water thru water pipe its defiently not clogged.

Please help ty

I cannot see how you are testing.----Water must be 8" above impeller in a test bucket.

Airmuffs wont do it ?

Muffs are not the best method. You will be better off with a trash can. Have you checked the pee hose it’s self? If not run a piece of wire or weed wacker line through it. They can get clogged.
Be sure the water level is well above the pump.

Pull this fitting off the block and start it up and see if water squirts out....I've scene them plug behind it.

Also, buy an IR gun and shoot the head and see if it's overheating.
