Not sure what to price motor at???

I have a 1979 25 hp Evinrude w/ controls and remote start. The motor runs like a top. The 2 previous boats the motor was on did NOT have hr. meters so the hrs. are unknown. Ive gone back and forth and Ive finally decided to list it on CL. However Im not sure at what what price to list for. Up at the local dealer they have the same model but its a 1980 listed for $1395. I understand thats a dealer price, but its the only comparable model/ year Ive found.

If there is anyone on the boards that can help me I be greatful!

Just so we are all clear Im not posting an add here but just trying to receive some help with pricing.
