66 Chevelle

I really like this car, Im surprised as to the price he wants for it though being that it is not an SS or even a hardtop, but he has done it right and it shows.
Bel Air, not Chevelle.

Barret Jackson would call this car a SS427 clone.

Really nice 427 clones, and this looks like a really nice one, sold at the BJ Auction for $60,000 up to about $200,000.

Looks like a deal to me, if you happen to be a well-heeled Chebby collector.
Cr*p, youre right, I must have just assumed it to be the Chevelle body style. I must have been just mesmerised buy the engine. Im getting old I just know it.
Like KenImpZoom says...the BelAir was identical to the Impala trimmed down, usually no power brakes, no PS, 6 cyl, few options, metal dash, on-the-column shift, 3 speed manual or 2 sp auto. The BelAir was not made with a 427, 4speed. Like most vintage vehicles, those maintained with orignal equipment command the highest prices. This one has been nicely doen over though and beefed up.
