Nuisance Animal Removal Business.

Thnking about a side business to remove Racoons, Muskrats, Squirrels, coyotes, etc.

Anybody do anything like this and can comment on business and charges, for the service? I could probably do most of the damage patching, etc. that the animal makes, for an additonal charge..

I have a friend that does this and charges x number of dollars for each one he removes. Price varies by critter. Has to have a license from the county he works in and one for each surrounding county. He has to take a class but the license is only 25.00/year. You have to carry liability insurance in case you accidently get someone's cat/dog/pet and for any property damage that you might incur. I wouldn't recommend repairing things because you would probably need a contractor's license and they are pretty high. The insurance alone in contracting is astronomical. He makes decent money but is careful who he does it for.

I do this for myself, have been ask to do for others, just tell them how. Where I am at is all sides by water, swamp and creek side by wildlife refuge so have to be real carefull. Hate having govt in my buisness, rex 84 camps await is what I have been told, thinking might be true
