My fervent hope is that she resigns her Senate seat, if nominated, prior to her campaign run...unlike the last Democratic nominee. (OK, I'd like to resign her Senate seat no matter what happens!)

I guess Kerry felt he needed a long-term gig in case the Pennsylvania Avenue thing didn't come to pass....
