OB year and fuel ratio?

[Starflite IX for me]

Hi, <br /> I have an Evinrude Starflite IX Model#80793R SN:E02814. I was wondering if some one out there could tell me what year this is and possibly what the fuel ratio is. Its an 80Hp Electric shift. Thanks for any help<br /><br />Bill
