Have a 2003 Rinker 270 with a Mercruiser MCM 350 MAG MPI - Is there a OBD2 port for a diagnosis tool to be used to read diagnostic codes and alarms?

Marine engines are not OBD2 compatable.

There is a diagnosis port, but as Don said, it's not OBD2 compatible. You'll need the Mercruiser or Rinda scan tool or software. See this link:
