Ocean Marine Air Conditioner - New Name?

We are having some problems with our air conditioner and don't have a manual. It is an Ocean Marine Model #SCR5016.OR Ocean Marine is no longer in business. Does anyone have any idea who they would be now?

I have a baja 25 outlaw and want to put him a/c where I put the unit and the air diffusers who can help me thank you I need images in which I surround exactly.
