I need to find the replacement for the keel roller which supports the bow (NOT BOWSTOP) on this old 1985 era ShoreLander trailer. It is a black rubber dumbell style roller: 5"L x 3.75" Dia. with a shaft insert 1.25". It is supported by a plate attached to the frame, 3-piece bracket attaches to that plate, 2-L pieces and a cross piece. The L Pieces are 4" high.

I cannot find one that matches anywhere. Any ideas of where to find one or what to replace it with? I used a smaller assembly last summer by TieDown but its not substantial enough and I dont like the way the boat trailers or retrieves with that setup.
Thanks.

I looked their first, but don;t see anything that looks like a match. I emailed Shorelandr but the ser. no. long ago faded on the tag on this trailer so I don't know how much they will be able to help.

Number on the old roller = SAS 1394 but cannot find any info on this.

Get a wider one, that has the right diameter, and cut it to length. Then bore the hole out to the correct diameter.

Still looking for an appropriate roller replacement. In the meantime i tried to epoxy the cracks in the old one and may reinstall it to see what happens. Worst thing is that I have to remove it and put the other smaller rig back on.
