Re: oil change
I had (notice I say 'had') the electric one. Worked great the first time I used it. Pumped the oil from two engines into a 5 gal bucket, cleaned it up and stowed it properly.
Second time I used it, it leaded a little around the pressure side fitting, but jockeying around with it got me through the oil change.
Third time I used it, I spent more time cleaning the sprayed oil from the bilge than I did changing the oil. It went directly into the trash.
Now maybe I'll try the hand pump stlye. Couldn't be any worse.
