Oil dripping from outdrive?

There is a little hole in my out drive right where this arrow is pointing. Oil is dripping out of it. Everything works perfect, I just have to keep adding oil. Anyone see this before? What could it be? The hole looks like its supposed to be there!

The hole is supposed to be there, and the last 2 I fixed with that same problem it was the shift shaft seal had come out of the shift shaft bushing.

I've been searching and reading and I think you're right, its the shift shaft seal.

did you replace the whole bushing assembly?

Shift shaft seal for sure. Its probably time to change your impeller also.
