Oil / Gas for Yamaha 55 ?

I have a Yamaha 55 that I need the fuel/oil mixture for. I am not sure of the year but it is an older model, 2-stroke I am assuming. The numbers for it are: CV55ELD 663-L-321052. Also, how can I tell the year from this ser.#?

50:1 is good for all Yamahas, Copaco.<br /><br />1 pint TC-W3 oil to 6 gallons 87 octane gas.<br /><br />Good luck.

The year is found in the model number.c55eld<br />e is for electric, l is for long, meaning 20 <br />inch,d stands for 1990.
