Too many wild (and wrong) guesses.<br /><br />HD-25 is a 1946 to 1950 model, yes. <br /><br />It uses a 24:1 mix which is one quart TC-W3 outboard oil to 6 gallons of 87 octane unleaded regular. Also correct.<br /><br />OMC engines before 1964 use the 24:1 mix. 1964 and later engines use a 50:1 mix. 1960 is the wrong year.<br /><br />You can get an aftermarket Manual here: http://www.boatmotors.com/manuals.html <br /><br />Good luck.
