Water in oil

I have a 1994 searay 180 signature with a 4.3 mercruiser i have the pudding under the oil cap and water in my oil. I was told i have a cracked block or head. The boat has alittle water in the bottom of it. Can't find water leaks anywhere. I had new exhaust louvers installed two years ago. Also i had a new water pump put in last year. I changed the oil and drove about 8 hours. The oil looks good so far. Someone told me water could have got in thru the louvers. Could i be so lucky? Any suggestuions? Thank you duoranger.

a few places where water can enter the oil

the exhaust flappers
a bad engine oil cooler if you have one
cracked exhaust manifold or riser
leaking exhaust manifold to riser gasket
cracked block or head
leaking head gasket
lots of condensation from very short runs

if you have water in the bilge after running for a bit, time to get in the bilge with flashlights, cell phone cameras and mirrors to find the leak

Well I found the water lesk its at the drive shaft now I wonder how much it will cost to see why there is water in my oil searay says $110.00 dollars a hour for labor would it be cheaper to buy a rebuilt motor and outdrive and be done with it what are your thoughts
