This is a carry-over question. If you don't have air in the oil injection tubing and you pre-mix the gas to 50:1 will the double oil (from injection and premix)hurt the engine?

Thanks for any help.

BillinPA.

Re: Oil Inj. tubing?

no, people run double oil all the time.
Break in & also first few trips of the season it's more common then not to run double oil till one's sure the pump is working.
I've even heard of people running 100-1 in tank on top of oil inj. incase of faliure motor shouldnt blow all season long.
Only drawback would be extra carbon which can be cleaned with power tune & additives to tank.

Thanks Scali. I'm new to this boating thing and would hate to blow my motor the first time out.

BillinPA.
