1988 150 Black Max smokes. Is there a way to check the amount of oil that is being dispersed other than factory markings or a chemist.I am afraid I might make the feul too lean if I adjust it myself.
The manual has a test where you hook up a tank with pre-mix and run engine at set RPM and measure the oil output into a cup. NOTE: You must run with pre-mix hooked up as no oil is going to engine.<br /><br />Check the merc manual for your engine.<br /><br />RFish >()>
