Re: oil mix ratio??
If you want to pay twice the price rather than reaching for the yellow container reach for the grey one.....with Quicksilver on the label. 50:1 has been the popular standard for many many years for pre mix. I run Penn. for one reason I know that it is at least SEMI-Synthetic. On the 2x oil mentioned they don't say. But somebody makes their oil for them. Penn. burns clean with little if any smoke at the ratio mentioned and I pre-mix. I understand full syn on marine engines is not that popular as are leaner mixtures (100:1) due to corrosion problems with too little lube....just the scuttlebutt on the site from those encountering those problems. Personally I don't know of them.
