I have to replace my main hull oil tank pump on my 1989 200h.p yamaha, and it appears to have alot of corrosion including the locking screws.Are there any tricks of the trade to get this out without damaging the plastic oil tank,there is a possibility I may have drill the screws.Also if the pump does not work would that have an effect on my guage which now only flashes once before setting?
