What is the oil ratio for a 9.9 Merc. 1993?

Teamwest. I would think the fuel/oil mix would be the same as the 1994 9.9 50:1. Unless it is a fresh rebuild then it must be broke in at 25:1.<br />Lucky

hi my dad has a johnson seahorse its model is TD 20 ser. 670444<br />and its air cooled , can you please help us by telling us the gas/oil mixture

Hi, James.<br /><br />Please do not piggyback your question on someone else's topic. Your question deserves it's own topic. Your piggyback could easily be overlooked and not answered.<br /><br />Your Dad's TD-20 is a 1946 to 1949, WATER COOLED 5HP engine.<br /><br />Fuel mix should be 24:1.<br /><br />Good luck.
